List notes for a customer (newest first)

Returns all notes attached to the contact, ordered by createdAt DESC. Notes are user-scoped by default: team members only see their own notes unless isPublic: true was set when the note was created (team accounts feature). Use this for a dedicated notes tab; the same notes also appear in the contact timeline.
