Sends an SMS from the user's SkipCalls-owned phone number to this contact. Body can be a literal text or an AI-drafted message (mode: 'ai' with a prompt). The outbound SMS is persisted and added to the contact's timeline automatically. Requires the user to own at least one active SMS-capable phone number; contact must have a valid phone.
