Same search semantics as /calls/search but scoped to outbound calls — faster because it skips the incoming-calls merge step. Matches transcripts, summaries, titles, goals, and phone numbers case-insensitively, returning matchedFields for each result. Use this when you know you only care about outbound history (e.g., a campaign follow-up list).
